1.  IT Infrastructure Management:

  •   Oversee the day-to-day operation of computer systems, networks, and servers.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

2.      Email and Communication Systems:

  • Manage and maintain email systems, ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
  • Provide support for telephones and other communication tools.

3.      Website and Domain Management:

  •    Ensure the functionality and security of our organization's websites and domains.
  •    Collaborate with web developers to implement updates and improvements.

4.      Branch Support:

  •  Act as the primary point of contact for all technology-related issues across our branches.
  • Coordinate remote support for head/branch offices.

5.      Web Applications and SEO:

  •  Manage and optimize web applications critical to our operations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement SEO strategies and enhance online visibility.
