  • Design and customize holiday packages, manage client inquiries, and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
  • Craft unique and tailored holiday itineraries for individual clients and groups. Recommend accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their travel desires and requirements. Provide prompt responses to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
  • Handle bookings for accommodations, flights, and tours. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure reservations and negotiate rates.
  • Assist clients in obtaining necessary travel documents, such as visas and permits. Provide information on travel insurance options.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements meet high-quality standards. Address and resolve any issues or concerns during the client's journey.
  • Create cost-effective travel packages that align with client budgets. Monitor expenses and provide transparent pricing to clients.
