  • Education Level: Masters In Business Administration or MBS
  • Experience Required: No Experience Needed

  • Basic computer knowledge and should have strong communication skills in both written and spoken English (Mandatory).
  • Identifying and onboarding new LSP’s to support and expand logistics function.
  • Responsible for resolution of all disputes amongst various stakeholders in the fulfilment process within stipulated timelines.
  • Ensure rapid ramp of the logistics capability both from the perspective of volume handled and distribution footprint.
  • Ensure cost for the logistics service is always optimized and is the best in class in the industry.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory requirements as well as adopt global best practices in these areas.
  • Ensure digitization of logistics operations ensuring fully automated tracking from internal control perspective as well as customer delight.
  • Define and build a logistics engagement model for the platform with best-in-class TATs at an optimum cost.
  • Ensure achievement of all key operating metrics defined for the logistics process on a continuous basis.
  • Continuously strive for operating efficiencies in logistics operations through innovation and digital interventions.
  • Ensure continuous tracking of the performance of TPLPs against predefined operating metrics and taking corrective action as may be necessary.
