Job Specification

  • Education Level: Bachelors In Travel and Tourism
  • Experience Required: 2+ year of experience

  • Must be proficient in Amadeus GDS
  • Book flights and organize travel plans for clients – International and Domestic
  • Reserve accommodation, rental transportation and holiday packages
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suite clients' needs
  • Understand clients’ specifications and wishes
  • Preform and provide best customer service including phones skills (incoming and outgoing calls)
  • Emailing skills – communication with clients via email – sending E-tickets, Travel Itineraries
  • Inform clients and provide useful travel updated information such as, transit, baggage allowance
  • Passport expiry and Visa, Airport time, flights fares rules, guides, maps and event programs
  • Collect deposits payment and balances
  • Offer and promote special deal that company is currently running to the market(clients)
  • Keep learning and get update about latest travel industry trends
  • Attend webinars, conferences and educational programs as well as staff meeting and training
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
