Job Specification

  • Education Level: Bachelors In IT related or related
  • Experience Required: 2+ year of experience

  • Must have bike/scooter with valid license.
  • Organizing, planning, and implementing New retail and corporate services.
  • Configure, install, and maintain network devices and services(OLT, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, etc).
  • Provide technical support to WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security. 
  • Remote access solution implementation and support such as IPSEC VPN. 
  • Should of understanding of DNS, DHCP, STP, RSTP, LAG, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, GRE, P2P.
  • Work with vendor to resolve client issues.
  • Work with inter and intra- departments to resolve the issues.
  • Work as per requirement of the department.
  • Respond and resolve alerts and tickets generated.
  • Maintain accurate time and records in all service tickets as performed. 
  • Communicate with customers as needed regarding ticket progress, changes or SLAs.
  • Work with all team members to implement and improve Company best practices. 
  • High level experience in network diagnostics, root cause identification.
  • Proper documentation of R&D conducted and events occurred.
  • Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services (ACS, AMS, Network Automation, etc).
