Operating coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including the coffee machines, counters, and utensils. Monitoring inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies, and placing orders when necessary. Handling cash and credit card transactions, and balancing the cash register at the end of the day. Providing information to customers about the different coffee blends and brewing methods. Upselling products and suggesting additional items to customers. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service. Following health and safety guidelines, such as washing hands regularly and using gloves and masks when required.
