Basic Job Information
• Access procurement requirements, prepare procurement plans, draft specifications and initiate procurement processes.
• Prepare strong analytical reporting as per the need.
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
• Maintain Inventory
• Research potential suppliers
• Conduct market research to identify the existing price
• Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
• Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
• Assist procurement head in entire day-to-day operations.
• Bachelor’s in Business Administration with 1-2 years of experience or Freshers with Master in Business Administration.
• Good Administrative and reporting skills
• Good documentation skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office/ Google Drive applications)
