Basic Job Information
- Ensure all the purchased materials are timely delivered alongside assuring high-quality products with reasonable prices.
- Maintain proper documentation: both digital and manual - Coordinate with other departments as deemed necessary before finalizing the products.
- Ask for quotations and negotiate with various logistics companies before the purchase
- Deal with suppliers regarding documents and shipping schedules
- Deal with banks for all the financial aspects
- Coordinate with customs agents for custom clearance
- Handle entire SCM related works
- Bachelor's Degree with specialization in supply chain or management
- Excellent follow-up skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Language ( Excellent English and Nepali reading, writing, speaking, and Hindi Speaking)
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the relevant field.
