Experience Required: 5+ year of experience
Candidate with vehicle & valid driver's license will be preferable.
Should have working level knowledge and proven experience in MS Office Package and Google Suite.
Prior experience in Xero, NetSuite, JD Edwards will be preferable. Certification of the software mentioned is highly desirable.
Willing to work at odd hours as well in the event of book closure, or month closure to ensure the job is completed.
Perform the role of Team Leader and supervise/mobilize the existing team for smooth execution of the project.
Allocation of Account Payable Entry Jobs and ensuring all the jobs are accurately finished and completed on time.
Development/Localization of Manuals/Guidelines for project as per the clients’ and Senior Management Team (SMT) Detailing and for smooth execution of job by Team member.
Perform daily Account Payable (AP) invoices entry as per the manuals/guidelines in NetSuite, Xero, JD Edwards, and other accounting software as required.
Review the AP invoices processed by the team members and provide feedback/corrections, if any.
Perform the Bank Reconciliation Statements on the system and manual record keeping.
Ensure that the time sheets are regularly updated by the team members and review them and perform analysis on the time sheet for making entry, review, and submission jobs.
Manage team member leave and provide recommendation for the leave approval.
Perform regular review of the team members' performance and provide feedback to SMT for annual performance review of team members.
Create new jobs in the job portal as per the nature of job and allocation of job to the suitable candidates.
Communicate with the project team lead in Slack and Mail to maintain smooth relations and implementation of the project.
Conduct regular team meeting for discussion on the work progress and resolution of identified issue and escalation of un-resolved issue to the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Regular reporting to the SMT regarding the work progress, issues, and analysis.
Documentation, Presentation and Show casing the work performed to existing and potential new clients.
Maintain coordination between client, SMT’s and team members.
