Candidates with vehicle & a valid license are preferred.
Should have working level knowledge and proven experience in MS Office Package and Google Suite.
Prior experience in Xero, NetSuite will be preferable. Certification of the software mentioned is highly desirable.
Willing to work at odd hours as well in the event of book closure, or month closure to ensure the job is completed.
Perform daily Account Payable (AP) invoices entry as per the manuals/guidelines in NetSuite, Xero, JD Edwards, and other accounting software as required.
Perform self-review the AP invoices processed and report any identified issues, if any.
Perform the Bank Reconciliation Statements on the system and manual record keeping.
Fill in the time sheets daily with precise details in the time sheet portal.
Perform duties assigned by the team leader and report any issues to the team leader.
Communicate with the project team lead in Slack and Mail to maintain smooth relations and implementation of the project.
Participate in regular team meetings for discussion on the work progress and identified issue and provide suggestions on the process/lapses in the procedures.
Regular reporting to the Team Leader regarding the work progress, issues, and analysis.
Perform other jobs as assigned by the Team Leader.
